Nestled in the heart of the Costa Rican rainforest, Yatama Rainforest Ecolodge offers an lovely retreat for nature enthusiasts. The cabins, while quite simple, are cozy and come with essential comforts like a private bathroom and a lovely terrace where I enjoyed my morning coffee amidst stunning garden views. The location is a true gem for birdwatching aficionados; I was enthralled by the variety of birdlife right outside my door. Each day presented new hiking adventures that allowed us to immerse ourselves in the lush surroundings, guided by Pedro, whose passion for the environment shone through. One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site restaurant, where each meal was crafted with love and featured locally sourced ingredients, making it an absolute delight to come back from our explorations to indulge in home-cooked comfort food. For anyone seeking a genuine escape from the hustle and bustle, Yatama EcoLodge is a perfect choice-it's rustic charm and personal service made it feel like family. I left with a heart full of memories and a desire to return. Highly recommended!
